- Why is my app blank and showing no stores?
- Visit a nearby store, scan the QR code to add it in QIk, and check the app again. You can also invite nearby stores through the app.
- Does QIK deliver 24/7?
- Currently, delivery services are available as per selected local store operational hours in Delhi NCR and Bangalore.
- How does QIK deliver in 15-20 minutes?
- Yes, QIK uses a decentralized model with widely spread merchant stores and efficient logistics to ensure quick deliveries.
- Do you charge for delivery?
- Delivery charges are set by merchants and displayed on the checkout page in the app while ordering.
- What are your delivery timings?
- Delivery is available from 8 am to 11 pm in Delhi NCR and Bangalore.
- Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
- Currently, this option is unavailable. You can cancel the order and reorder from a different locality.
- What if I don’t receive my order on time?
- Delays are rare but may occur due to unforeseen issues. Contact customer support for assistance.
- How can I cancel my order?
- You can cancel your order directly via the app on the order details page.
- What if I want to return something?
- Returns are allowed as per policy: Perishables (72 hours), Non-Perishables (72 hours), Wrong/Missing/Damaged items (24 hours). Contact support for more details.
- Can I reschedule my order?
- Orders are delivered promptly. Please place your order when you are available, as rescheduling is not supported.
- What if I have a complaint regarding my order?
